For those watching your sodium intake, there is less than 2 teaspoons of salt in our 2.5 ounce can and only 55 mg of sodium in a 1/2 teaspoon serving. I’ve been using the Greek Girls Gourmet spice for months now. I use it on so many things (i.e. eggs, avocado toast, salads, potatoes, add it to spice up any recipe.
